Requirements
- Hardware Requirements: This course is compatible with both PC and Mac platforms. Mac users should have access to a Windows environment.
- Software Requirements: PC: Windows 8 or later. Mac: macOS 10.6 or later. Browser: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox (latest versions recommended). Also compatible with Microsoft Edge and Safari. Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed and operational before starting the course.
- Other Requirements: Access to email and a personal email account.
- Instructional Material Requirements: Course materials are included with enrollment. Physical textbooks will be shipped within 7-10 business days, with digital versions provided if physical copies are unavailable.
- Prerequisites: This is an advanced-level course. Prior knowledge or certification in SSCP is recommended. If opting to take the course without SSCP foundational topics, additional outside resources may be necessary.
- Certification Requirements: To obtain certification through (ISC)², candidates must have at least five years of full-time paid work experience in two of the eight CISSP domains. A one-year experience waiver is available for candidates holding a four-year college degree or equivalent from an (ISC)² approved list. Candidates must also pass the (ISC)² vendor exam and obtain endorsement from two active (ISC)² professionals verifying their professional experience.
